SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Warren Hampton! All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted during product launches, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional processing time during special collection releases and promotional events. Warren Hampton is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or delays caused by weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, Warren Hampton does not accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the limited and made-to-order nature of many of our products. However, we will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. To request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page.

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

If your request is approved, we will provide replacement instructions. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged through normal use are not eligible for replacement.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All limited releases, promotional items, discounted products, and special collections are considered final sale.
